Ans.: Medicines, Ayurvedic Products, Health Products, Herbal & Cosmetic Products


2. How to buy..?

Ans.: You need to send us doctor's prescription, patient's name, mobile number, full address along with pin code to our WhatsApp number 8080902004. Then we will call you and inform you of the total bill amount and the discount received. If yes, then you need to pay bill amount on our GooglePay / PhonePay / UPI / Account. Then only your order be confirmed. You will receive SMS notifications till order delivery.


3. Does every medicine need a doctor's prescription?

Ans.: Most of medicines require a doctor's prescription, but ayurvedic products, health products, herbal and cosmetic products not require prescription. The prescription should preferably be printed with the name of the doctor, the name of the clinic or hospital, the name of the patient, the names of the medicines.


4. Will there be order free home delivery..?

Ans.: If the order is more than Rs.500/- then it will be Free Home Delivery. Delivery charges will be levied for the orders.


5. Can I return the order..?

Ans.: When ordering, preferably look for the right number of medicines and the next doctor's appointment. This means that there will be no need to return and the same work will not be repeated. If you want to return the wrong order, you need to notify us within 3 days after delivery, otherwise the return order will not happen. You will get your money back in the next 7 - 8 days after the return pickup.


6. How many days will it take to get home delivery after ordering..?

Ans.: Your order will be delivered in next 4 - 5 days. Therefore, regular medications should be pre-planned.

- If your payment deducted from the bank account or credit card & not updated with next 48 hrs. Then please do understand your payment is failed & not received to us. It will get automatically refunded in your origin payment method within 7 working days.

- If we found you made multiple payments or more than one payment for same services or product through same or multiple payment gateway then we will refund your excess payment value in your origin payment method within 7 working days.
